2. Description of Service

OrganisedPlans is a language learning platform focused on Luxembourgish. The service includes AI-powered tutoring, structured lessons, flashcards, and mock Sproochentest preparation.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You may not share your account credentials with others
  • You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page

4. Free & Premium Tiers

  • Free tier: limited daily AI tutor messages, access to basic lessons and flashcards
  • Premium tier: unlimited messages, all lessons, advanced features
  • Pricing and features are subject to change with reasonable notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the AI system
  • Submit harmful, abusive, or offensive content through the chat
  • Automate access or scrape content from the platform

6. AI Tutor Disclaimer

The AI tutor provides language learning assistance but is not a substitute for professional language instruction. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors. The mock Sproochentest is for practice purposes only and does not guarantee results on the official exam.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code of OrganisedPlans are owned by us. Lesson content, flashcard data, and AI prompts may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

OrganisedPlans is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or interruption of service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
